Reviews and Ratings
We had a decent stay with a few highs and lows. The location was quite convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The kitchenette in our room was a real plus for breakfast, but the dining options were quite poor, especially the breakfast selection. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not as responsive to our needs, which was a bit disappointing.
During my stay, I faced a few issues, particularly with the room's cleanliness and the service, which left a lot to be desired. While the location of the hotel was perfect, making it easy to explore Hyde Park and nearby attractions, the experience was marred by some disappointing interactions with the staff and the state of the room. It's a shame because the potential was there, but I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.
I had a lovely overnight stay with my family of five at this hotel. The service was impressive from the moment we booked until we checked out, and we enjoyed a spacious apartment with a stunning view of Hyde Park. However, my recent experience was quite the opposite at another hotel, where I faced several inconveniences, including a troublesome deposit and a lack of room service for drinks. Overall, while I was thrilled with one stay, the other left me quite frustrated.
I recently stayed here for four nights, and I was really impressed with the spacious and clean room, which even had a kitchenette! The hotel overlooks the beautiful park, making for lovely views. The location is superb, just a short walk to key attractions. However, the breakfast options were a bit underwhelming, and the air conditioning could use an upgrade, as my room was quite warm. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
